ROSE FLAVORED ICE CREAM

This dessert will be the highlight of your mid -summer table!

INGREDIENTS

1 Big Pear

200 ml Coconut Cream

Lime Juice & Lime Crest

2 tsp Honey

8 White Rose Petals

Go outside & pick up the rose petals. If you are lucky maybe they grow in your backyard. In my case I needed to walk around a little bit before finding a good place that is not near traffic.

Rinse the petals properly.

Peel the pear. Wash the lime. Whisk the coconut cream.
I recommend to whisk it chilled so if you have it in the room temperature cool it down in the freezer ~15 minutes before.

Place the ingredients in a blender. Add honey & white rose petals. Squeeze half of the lime juice and grate some in the mixture.

Place in a freezer overnight.

Place some almond slices on top.

Decorate with white & red rose petals.

Tip: I recommend to double the recipe if there are more eaters!:P
