BEETROOT & CARROT BREAD









INGREDIENTS


3 Middle sized Carrots

3 Middle sized Beetroots

6  dl Oat & Rice Flour

1 tsp Baking Powder

2 tsp Psyllium Powder

Pinch of Sea salt & Black Pepper

100ml Coconut Milk

1 tsp Coconut Oil

~1  dl Water

Sunflower & Flax seeds









METHOD

Grate Carrots & Beetroots / use the smallest end of the greater
( This releases the natural water from carrots & beetroots which brings more flavor & juiciness to the bread)

Mix The dry ingredients in a separate bowl

Then mix Beetroots & Carrots with dry ingredients

Lastly, Add Coconut milk, Coconut oil & Water

Mix all the ingredients properly


Place in 1,5 l oven tin

&

BAKE IN AN OVEN 200 C / 60 min



                                         
                                    SPRINKLE SUNFLOWER & FLAX SEEDS ON TOP BEFORE BAKING
