INGREDIENTS2 Eggplants1 dl Sesame Seeds / 2 tbsp Tahini4 Cloves Of Garlic1/2 Lemon JuiceGrated Lemon ChestSea Salt |

METHOD |
Wash & Cut the ends off of the eggplants. Cut the eggplants in eight parts & place in an oven
180 C / 45 min
Let the eggplants cool down & remove the peels with fingers.
Place all the ingredients into a blender & blend until smooth.
LET THE FLAVORS SET IN A FRIDGE ~1 H
Add some flavor by using different herbs; Basil or parsley
&
get some kick into the flavor by adding some fresh chili
