VALENTINE`S DAY KISSES

INGREDIENTS
FILLING
2 Cans of Chickpea water "Aquafaba"
2 tbsp Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Lemon Chest
1 tbsp Brown Coconut Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla Sugar

200g Raspberries
*
3 tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
2 tsp Coconut Oil

METHOD
Whisk the Aquafaba FULL SPEED with an electric whisker for 2 minutes
Then add Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Lemon juice & Lemon Chest
MIX
Add both of the sugars & whisk another ~5 minutes till it reaches foam/airy texture

Divide the FOAM for two separate bowls
Add melted raspberries to another bowl
&
Mix Melted Coconut Oil & Raw Cacao Powder
Add into another half of an aquafaba
PLACE IN A FREEZER

COATING
1 dl Raw Cacao Powder
2 tbsp Coconut Oil
2 tsp Brown Coconut Sugar

Melt the Coconut Oil
Add Raw Cacao Powder & Brown Coconut Sugar
MIX

WAFFLE
2 dl Oat Flour
2 dl Coconut Flour
~150 ml Coconut Milk
1 tsp Coconut Oil
Water
Sea Salt
Sesame Seeds

1 dl Raw Cacao Powder
2 tsp Coconut Oil
*
METHOD
Mix all the dry Ingredients in a bowl
Add Coconut milk & adjust the amount of water in so that the waffle dough stays thick enough
Use a square shaped Waffle Iron & Bake both sides until golden brown
Let the waffles cool down
Cut in 2x2 size pieces
(As in picture above)
Melt the Coconut oil & Mix with Raw Cacao Powder
Cover the Waffle squares with the Chocolate
Sprinkle with Sesame Seeds
PLACE IN A FREEZER

FREE FROM DAIRY, EGG & WHEAT
|
1. Take the waffles & fillings out of the freezer when they are fully set
2. Quickly rinse two table spoons under hot water & take the filling and carefully place on top of the waffle square
3. Let set in a freezer ~15 min
4. Prepare the coating and pour on top of the RASPBERRY & CHOCOLATE KISSES
5. Again, Let them set in a freezer.
Take into a room temperature around 15 min before serving!
