VEGAN PROTEIN SHAKE






I created my own Vegan Protein Powder






                                                                        Chia Seeds
                                                                    Sunflower seeds
                                                                          Flax seeds
                                                                   Quinoa (uncooked)

           
                                            Simply mix 1-2 tbsp of each together in a blender.
                                    For this purpose I have smaller grinder part in my blender
                                             which is perfect for coffee beans, nuts & seeds etc.







Then, just blend together


Home -made Vegan Protein Powder

2-3 tbsp Raw Cacao Powder

 Fresh Strawberries

Home -made Almond milk


ADD SOME FREEZE -DRIED STRAWBERRY FLAKES ON TOP OF THE SHAKE
