VEGAN PROTEIN SHAKE
I created my own Vegan Protein Powder
Chia Seeds
Sunflower seeds
Flax seeds
Quinoa (uncooked)
Simply mix 1-2 tbsp of each together in a blender.
For this purpose I have smaller grinder part in my blender
which is perfect for coffee beans, nuts & seeds etc.

Then, just blend togetherHome -made Vegan Protein Powder2-3 tbsp Raw Cacao PowderFresh StrawberriesHome -made Almond milkADD SOME FREEZE -DRIED STRAWBERRY FLAKES ON TOP OF THE SHAKE |
ENJOY as
PRE/POST - WORKOUT DRINK!
