INGREDIENTS
4 dl unpeeled sesame seeds
4dl Flax seeds
4dl Sunflower seeds
~ 5dl Oat Flour
~ 3 dl Rye Flour
2 tsp of Coconut Oil
6 dl Boiled water
Method:
Simply mix all the ingredients in a bowl
Add some boiled water
Let it rest for 5 minutes
Bake in an Oven/ Upper level
180 C / ~ 50-60min
Wait till the Cracker gets some golden color
Take out of an oven
Let it rest for 5 minutes
Cut in pieces
I cut it in pieces by hands to give them little edge and created some uneven squares
This recipe creates TWO baking trays of this DELICIOUS SEED CRACKER
