VEGAN OMELETTE

THIS BREAKFAST IS MADE OF PURE & FRESH INGREDIENTS

Ingredients


2 dl Red Lentils

100g Mushrooms

Bunch Of Spring Onion

Cherry Tomatoes

1 dl Oat Milk

Salt & Pepper

Chili Flakes

Fresh Basil





METHOD


Rinse & Boil the Lentils.
Chop Mushrooms, Onions & Cherry Tomatoes.

Mix the boiled lentils with oat milk & salt and pepper.



Sauté the Mushrooms and Onions until they reach warm brown color with some oil.

Pour the mixed lentils on a frying pan & sprinkle the tomatoes on top.

Let it boil few minutes so that the extra liquid fades. Then fry it until the bottom has slightly brown color.

Divide the "Omelette" for four parts & carefully turn it.

Leave it simmer for 10 minutes on low temperature.






                                    SPRINKLE WITH CHILI FLAKES 

                                                                 & 

                                                FRESH BASIL LEAVES
