SORBET
1-2 dl Lilac Flowers
2 Frozen Bananas
200g Blackcurrants
1 dl Orange Juice
~ Water
Place the bananas in the freezer overnight. Rinse the Lilac Flowers properly. Place all the ingredients
in a blender & blend until smooth and creamy.
Place in a bowl & let it set in a freezer another 15 to 30 minutes.
Take the sorbet in to a room temperature & decorate with Fresh Lilac Flowers
