CARROT & OAT BREAD

5 Middle sized Carrots

~ 4 dl Oat Flour

1/2 Solid part of Coconut Milk

1/2 dl Coconut Oil

1 tsp Baking Powder

Pinch of Sea Salt

Water

Gluten Free Oats

Grate the Carrots & Mix the dry ingredients

COMBINE

Add Oil & Water

*

By Hands create mid -sized breads

Sprinkle with Gluten free oats


BAKE IN AN OVEN 200 C / ~30 min



BLACKBEAN PATTY

2 Carton of Blackbeans

Champignon Salad / RECIPE HERE

Soften the Blackbeans with a fork & Combine with Champignon salad

On a frying pan bake until Crispy with a little Coconut Oil



TIP: Also use the Recipe of my Beetroot salad as a filling for the burger,
