HERE IS ONE BREAKFAST IDEA FOR A LITTLE HEALTHIER VERSION OF RUNEBERG`S PIE

I TURNED THE TRADITIONAL RUNEBERG`S PIE INTO A RAW PORRIDGE

INGREDIENTS



PORRIDGE


Coconut Water

Bitter Almond Flavor

Oat & Rice Flakes

Whole Almonds



FILLING


Strawberry

Blood Grape Fruit

Coconut Milk




METHOD



PORRIDGE


Into a glass jar pour coconut water with 1-2 drops of bitter almond flavor

Add Oat & Rice Flakes

MIX

Grate couple of the whole almonds & take few whole almonds

Mix with other ingredients

Place in a fridge overnight



FILLING

Blend all of the ingredients & Place in a fridge





In the morning place the porridge into a bowl

Make a hole in the middle & pour some of the filling there



DECORATE WITH FRESH STRAWBERRIES & WHOLE ALMONDS
