JUICY CARROT CRÊPES


Wonderful for Slow Sunday Breakfast & Brunch

Or

Quicker Lunch Option in the middle of the week




INGREDIENTS


2 Carrots

2 dl Coconut Flour

2 tbsp Oat Flour

2 tsp Coconut Oil

Coconut Milk

Water

Sea Salt

Sesame Seeds






METHOD

Grate the Carrots by using  the smallest end of the grater

Mix with Flours

Add ~ 1 dl of Coconut Milk & Water

Adjust the amount of liquid if needed so that the texture is not too thick or not too thin/watery

Bake on a frying pan HIGH HEAT with Coconut Oil
Sprinkle with Sesame seeds  before flipping a crepe

~5 min both sides

Carefully flip the crepes to bake the other side


TIP: Wait till the frying pan is heated enough before adding the mixture!
