RAAKAKAKKU MINTTU & RAW CAKE MINT

INGREDIENTS
BASE
10 Medjool Dates
50 g peanuts
CAKE
125g Peanuts
1 can Coconut Milk SOLID PART
5 Medjool Dates
1 Bunch of STRONG Mint Leaves
A Block of Raw Cacao Mass

METHOD
BASE
Soak the Dates in a bowl with boiled & hot water ~30min
Crush the peanuts in to a blender
Add Softened Dates
Mix
Take a cake tin
(Preferably one where you can separate the bottom)
Cover the bottom with a baking paper
Spread the base & place in the freezer to set

CAKE
In a blender crush peanuts first
Add Coconut Milk & Dates
BLEND
Melt the Raw Cacao Mass in a low heat
Wash the mint leaves
Add with other ingredients & Blend till smooth
Pour the Cake Mass on top of the base & Place in a freezer to set
Preferably for the next day / Alternatively ~4 hrs

Take the cake in to a room temperature ~1 h before serving
Decorate with Mint Leaves

Tip:
Adjust the flavor by using more/less Dates & Raw Cacao Mass
Also you can add a few drops of mint flavor in the cake mixture
