PURE & SIMPLE INGREDIENTS





INGREDIENTS


CRUST

150g Dates

1 dl Coconut Flour

1 dl Almond Flour

Dark Chocolate Chips

Water


&



FILLING

Solid part of Coconut Milk

1 Banana

Frozen Strawberries




METHOD


CRUST

Soften the Dates in a bowl of boiled water ~ 30min

After 30 minutes place the dates on the bottom of a blender with ~ a glass of water

BLEND until smooth & then add all the flours & Dark chocolate chips

Spread half of the crust on the bottom of a cake tin

Place in a freezer
~30 minutes


&


FILLING


Meanwhile...

Mix all the Filling ingredients in a Blender until smooth

Add the mixture on top of the freezed crust

Place again in the freezer until the filling is fully set 


Then take the other half of the crust and place on top of the filling

Let it set in a freezer until the next day



                 
                                  TAKE IN A ROOM TEMPERATURE ~ 30 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING




                            DECORATE WITH FROZEN STRAWBERRIES, ALMONDS & FRESH BASIL
