HERKULLINEN FALAFEL
&
DELICIOUS FALAFEL
VEGAN & GLUTEN FREE

INGREDIENTS
2 Cans of Chickpeas
1 Onion
3 cloves of Garlic
150g Coconut Flour
1/2 bunch of Parsley
1/2 bunch of Coriander
2 tbsp Curry
2 tbsp Cumin
Sea Salt
Water
Optional: Home made Hazelnut spread
&
Roasted Sunflower & Flax Seeds

METHOD
Chop onion & garlic
In a blender
Mix with Chickpeas
Add a little bit water if needed to blend easier

In a separate bowl mix all the dry ingredients & Chopped Parsley and Cilantro
Mix blended chickpeas with other ingredients
Add Hazelnut spread
Place in a fridge to set

While waiting,
Roast the Sunflower & Flaxseeds on a frying pan
until golden brown
Take the Falafel Mixture out of fridge
Use hands to Create Falafel Balls
Cover them with roasted seeds
*
Bake in an oven 200 C / ~25 min
*
