SPROUTS SALLAD
All the Sprouts & Greens are Organic from Finnish Local farmers
4 Kale Leaves
Sprouts:
Sunflower
White Lupin
Bean & Broad Bean
Watercress
&
Some Chopped Cilantro
Method:
Chop the kale leaves & cilantro
Add the kale on the bottom of your salad bowl
Mix the sprouts and add them next
Sprinkle some cilantro on top
My favorite as they are sour & fresh

CLOUDBERRY & GINGER SAUCE
4 tbls Cloudberry
A piece of grated Ginger
2 tsp Lemon Juice
SIMPLY MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER
The sauce came out quite spicy & sour
Adjust the taste by using a little less ginger & Lemon juice
Or give the sauce a boost by adding some extra
Place in a fridge
Remember to check the flavor!
OWEN -BAKED APPLES
2 Big Granny Smith Apples
Cut the apples in half & take the cores out
Set on a baking sheet
Place in the owen
175 C / 30-40 minutes
Try now and then gently with a fork if they are soft enough
The apples should be soft but not overcooked
If you keep them in the owen for too long the apples will "explode" !
For this Recipe I made also a Raw option
which is simply - Don`t cook the apples:D

MAROCCON MINT & BASIL TEA
A Small bunch of Fresh
Maroccon Mint & Basil Leaves
Method:
Bind the Maroccon Mint & Basil leaves tight together
Hang them upside down from a kitchen hook
Let them Dry couple of days Until they become "crispy"
5 days or more
For this recipe I let them hung for at least 7 days
See the picture above to get a hint of how should the leaves look like when they are dried enough
When the leaves are crispy enough to use
Just put them in a glass & pour hot water on top
Allow to brew ~10 minutes depending on how strong you want the tea to be
You will see the water change in color
Personally,
I love the Strong Flavor of Maroccon Mint so I let it brew closer to 15 minutes or I just simply leave the leaves in a glass while drinking
