HUMMUS IN TWO WAYS




INGREDIENTS


5 Cartons of Chickpeas


~ 7 medium size Beetroots

&

300g freezed Spinach



Lemon juice/ Sea salt/ Some chili flakes/ Mint leaves



METHOD:


BEETROOT HUMMUS



Peel & Boil the Beetroots
(They must be soft enough to blend more easily/  try now and then with a fork)


Rinse with cold water

!NOTE: Save the water of boiled beetroots  in a separate jar!
+There might be a surprise recipe for you where you need that water!:P


Place the beetroots in a blender & Add some of the beetroot water until it blends more easily
(Depends the power of your blender, mine is not the most powerful:D)

Add 2,5 cartons of the chickpeas & Blend till smooth

Last add some lemon juice & salt and mix onemore time



SPINACH HUMMUS



Melt the Freezed spinach in a low temperature on a pot


Blend another 2,5 cartons of Chickpeas

Add the Spinach

If needed add a little bit of water to blend more easily

Last add some lemon juice & salt and mix one more time



Decorate with Mint Leaves



PERFECT ON TOP OF THE SEED CRACKERS
