Got a pleasure to test this KUUSENKERKKÄJAUHE / SPRUCE SPROUTS POWDER by ARCTIC WARRIORS

When I opened the lid of the jar I really could sense the freshness of some arctic air and the smell of 

spruce sprouts powder was so strong like they were just picked from the trees

I tried the fresh spruce sprouts in some of my previous smoothies

and I really couldn`t tell the difference as the powder is super rich in flavor

This Recipe is lighter version of the usual pesto which contains oil

USE A BIG BUNCH OF BASIL TO CREATE THAT LOVELY PESTO FLAVOR

Spruce sprouts powder gives it a nice twist

SERVED WITH CUCUMBER PASTA

TOPPED WITH HEMPSEEDS & SEA SALT
