VEGETARIAN OREO RECIPE

  

 

COFFEE PERFECTION

 

Fresh & Simple Ingredients

 

 

 

 

I wanted to create

 

healthy

&

 creamy

 

Filling

 

between these

Vegetarian Oreos

 Creamy Coconut VEGAN filling

 

       1/2          Fresh coconut meat

 

100ml       Coconut Milk

 

 1-2                      Dates   

 

 

Blend All Ingredients in a blender until the texture becomes creamy

 

Place in a freezer for 1/2 Hour

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

When the Creamy Coconut Filling is set up enough

Place it between two pieces of Cookies

Create COOKIE -shape

 

By

 

* cutting Delight Choco Brownie -Bar horizotally in two pieces

 

* Use spoon/fingers to spread the bar from the edges

 

 

* Place something Round -shaped on top of the bar

(I used bottom of 1dl cup and pressed it against the bar)

 

* Cut the extras from around

 

* Carefully take it off from the surfafe of a cutting board with a cheese slicer
