STRAWBERRY & CAULIFLOWER

1/3 Frozen strawberries
1/3 Frozen Cauliflower
1/3 Frozen Lingonberries
2 dl Oat Milk
A piece Of Ginger
~ Water


Let all the frozen berries & veggies  melt slightly in room temperature.
Simply mix all the ingredients in a blender with high speed.

&
Add Some Energy on TOP

Decorate with 

Strawberries
Almonds
Some Dried Fruits
Raw Bar Bites




CELERY & ZUCCHINI

1/4 Celery
1/4 Zucchini
1/4 Cucumber
1/4 Pineapple
2 dl Oat Milk
A piece Of Ginger
~Water

Peel Zucchini & Cucumber(If you prefer)
Simply mix all the ingredients in a blender.

To make it even more fresh:
Place in a freezer 15 to 30 minutes!

Kiwi Pieces

Don`t hesitate to use veggies in smoothies!


That is the simplest way to get in the daily recommended 5 portions of Vegetables!

In addition you get some very useful fiber from them.

Use any vegetables you want!


If you want them to have less taste 

CAULIFLOWER & ZUCCHINI & CUCUMBER are my high recommendation.

Personally I like to use celery as it provides fresh taste. Usually I add also lemon or lime when using it.
I know the taste of celery might divide some opinions!

For Celery, you don`t have to use that much at first to get to used to the taste!



The best thing is you don`t even notice to have eaten that much veggies in a day!

Keeps you full & satisfied much longer!
