Couldn`t help myself from creating a recipe from this beautiful edible flower - Lilac

If you have it in your backyard you should definitely give it a try - even if it doesn`t grow on your backyard you can secretly find it somewhere...not admitting anything;P

They are almost wilted so now is literally your last chance to utilize this flower


So run in to your (neighbour`s :P) yard and have a couple of brunches of Lilac for this recipe!




SIMPLE & LIGHT

LILAC RECIPE





SORBET


1-2 dl Lilac Flowers

2 Frozen Bananas

200g Blackcurrants

1 dl Orange Juice

~ Water


Place the bananas in the freezer overnight. Rinse the Lilac Flowers properly. Place all the ingredients 
in a blender & blend until smooth and creamy.

Place in a bowl & let it set in a freezer another 15 to 30 minutes.

Take the sorbet in to a room temperature & decorate with Fresh Lilac Flowers
