                            ENJOYED THIS BREAKFAST OUTSIDE IN THE SUN FIRST TIME IN THIS SPRING





Started my morning with some Home Made Iced -Tea - So Fresh Taste!


I wanted to include some fresh greens in this breakfast creation.


Here is 

SMOOTHIE & PANCAKE

for your morning!




Last but not least,

What would a morning be without a cup of coffee!

Iced -Tea



Cucumber & Lemon Slices

Frozen Green tea with Mint

Water


Prepare some green tea & cool it down. Pour it in an ice tray & place in a freezer overnight.

Slice the cucumbers & lemons.

In the morning,
Add the cucumbers,  lemons & iced tea cubes in a glass.

Pour some water on top.

Let it infuse for a while.






Smoothie with Greens



A Piece of Lemon & Ginger

Frozen Pear

2 Stalks of Celery

A Piece of Cucumber

2 Kale Leaves

5 Cubes of Frozen Spinach

Water


Add all the ingredients into a blender, Blend until smooth.





Spinach Pancake


1 Carton of Chickpeas

75g Frozen Spinach

1 dl Oat Milk

~Water

Black Pepper & Sea Salt


Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Cook on a hot frying pan with some oil & sesame seeds.

Serve with fresh cucumber & walnuts!




Oat Milk Latte

1/2 cup Strong Coffee - made with an espresso pan

1/2 cup Oat Milk


Prepare the coffee. Slightly boil the milk.
Combine in a cup.
