After all Christmas treats soon it is time for another Celebration!

Here is some Healthy & Light Options for your New Year Table!


                                      SUOLAINEN SIENISALAATTI

                                                                &

                                       SALTY CHAMPIGNON SALAD



INGREDIENTS

200G Mushroom / Champignons
2 Red Onions
1 Regular onion

Lemon Juice
Dill

Sea Salt & Black Pepper




Chop Champignons & Onions into tiny pieces

Combine in a bowl
 Add the juice of half of a lemon, sea salt & black pepper

Chop the dill and throw it in

Mix




"GRAAVILOHI" PORKKANASTA

&

 CARROT "GRAVLAX"


INGREDIENTS

500g Carrots

Lemon Juice
Sea Salt & Black Pepper

Dill


Peel carrots & Cut the ends off

Create thin slices from the carrots by using a cheese slicer

Chop into a tiny pieces

Cut the dill & add in a bowl with carrots

Add seasoning and at least half of a lemon`s juice

Mix all the ingredients together


PREFERABLY PREPARE THESE ONE DAY BEFOREHAND SO THAT THE FLAVORS HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO SET!

If you create these on the same day
LET THE FLAVORS SET IN A FRIDGE ~ 1 HOUR

BEETROOT

&

SEASONING


PUNAJUURISALAATTI & BEETROOT SALAD



INGREDIENTS


500 g Beetroot

200 g Vegan Yoghurt (Find Recipe Below)

Sea salt & Black pepper



METHOD

Peel beetroots and cut the ends off

GRATE

Mix in a bowl 
Grated beetroot, Vegan yoghurt & Seasoning


Let the flavors set in a fridge ~ 1 hour
