INGREDIENTS





1 can BLACKBEANS
1 can CHICKPEAS
2 dl RED LENTILS

2 squares  RICENOODLES
KALE LEAVES

2 dl ALMOND MILK
1 dl WATER


CURRY
TURMERIC
BLACK PEPPER
SEA SALT


           



This is a busy -day -savior as this recipe doesn`t require much cooking & Preparation takes only 5 minutes!



      Pour Almond milk & water to the pan
Add spices

         Rinse Blackbeans, Chickpeas & Lentils
           Chop kale leaves

 Add them + 2 squares of dry ricenoodles to the pan
Let it boil for 2 minutes so that the noodles will soften

                                  *                                 

     Lower the temperature and let it simmer for ~ 10-15 minutes


                                                                                   
         VOILÀ!
